DocuMate scanner owners located in other countries must contact their local Xerox reseller (usually the same entity from whom you had purchased your scanner) or an Authorized Service Center and order parts through them as well as resolve all warranty related issues.

We recommend that you use our US site to determine part that you need, write down its name, part number (xx-xxxx-xxx), Xerox part number, SKU, and UPC code and communicate this information to your local reseller.
