XEROX DOCUMATE 262 SCANNER RECEIVES EDITORS' CHOICE AWARD FROM PC MAGAZINE
DocuMate 262 Is Rated Top Choice for Price/Performance, Ease-Of-Use and Best Document Management Software
PLEASANTON, Calif. -- March 21, 2005 -- The Xerox DocuMate™ 262 duplex scanner has received the prestigious Editors’ Choice Award from PC Magazine and was given a rating of 4½ out of 5.
The PC Magazine Editors’ Choice Award is given out to the products and services that stand out from others in their category. The award went to the DocuMate 262 for its speed and high performance software bundle. In the published review, the DocuMate 262 was referred to as “ the fastest scanner in town for anything less than twice its price.” The DocuMate 262 earned editors’ choice from a field of scanners that includes the Fujitsu fi-4120C2 as well as competitive products from Hewlett-Packard, Canon, and Microtek.
PC Magazine’s Lead Analyst for Printers and Scanners , M.
