Folder /it/it is generic English site intended for English-speaking countries

	but without prices and shopping cart links.

	Xerox.com links to this site for countries other then US, UK, BR, and MX

	In order to support this site in Product Catalog database a dummy "EN" country

	was created and UK (metric) specifications were copied into EN.

	It is also possible to have /en/eu site for European Union. If we do that
	then EU site should display prices in Euros.
	EU as a country is already defined in ISO4217 table (disabled).
